The following terms and conditions govern the usage of the ARKS online platform, provided by Mara Lifestyle Private Limited (referred to as "ARKS," "us," or "we"). These terms apply when you access the Website www.arks.club (referred to as "the Website") and are applicable to all customers who place orders on the Website (referred to as "you").
By visiting the Website and using our products and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. We strongly recommend that you read these terms carefully. As our business, products, and services evolve, we may update the Website and revise these terms and conditions accordingly. The privacy policy and other related documents will also be updated from time to time. We will periodically send you reminders about our notices and terms, unless you request otherwise. However, you should always check our Website for any updates. Unless explicitly stated, the most current version of our terms applies to all transactions made through our Website. Any dispute arising over transactions on the Website will be governed by these terms.
ARKS aims to provide the best online experience possible. To ensure this, we require that you do not:
- Upload, post, transmit, or share any content that could harm or negatively affect our business, products, or services.
- Engage in any behavior or use any tools that restrict, disrupt, or interfere with other users’ ability to use or enjoy the Website, or impair the security of the Website.
- Employ any devices, tools, or scripts, such as web crawlers, spiders, avatars, or other agents, to navigate the Website or copy content without our permission.
If you violate these provisions or misuse our services, we reserve the right to permanently restrict or deny access to the Website and close your account
The prices listed on the Website include Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other applicable indirect taxes, but they do not include delivery charges. If the GST rate changes after you place your order, we will update the price accordingly, but you will not be notified of this change.
Delivery charges are separate and are based on the total value of your order. For orders up to INR 2,000, a delivery charge of INR 200 (inclusive of taxes) will be applied. For orders exceeding INR 2,000, delivery is free of charge.
If you request alterations to any of the items, ARKS will charge a non-refundable fee of INR 200 for normal stitching alterations and INR 250 for blind stitching. If a product has been altered according to your request, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
ORDER PROCESS AND COMPLETION OF CONTRACTThe order process works as follows:
- Product Selection: You can browse through the Website and select the products you wish to purchase. When you select a product, you will need to choose the correct size and colour, then add it to your cart.
- Checkout Process: Once you have added products to your cart, proceed to the checkout where you will confirm your order.
- Delivery Option: At checkout, you can choose between having the product delivered to your address or picking it up from the store. Once you confirm your choice, you can proceed to payment.
- Delivery Charges: For orders over INR 2,000, delivery charges do not apply.
- Payment Process: You will be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enter your payment details. After completing the payment, you will be returned to the Website and receive a confirmation email detailing your order.
ARKS strives to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered promptly. After placing an order, you will receive an email with an order summary and expected delivery details. ARKS aims to deliver within 15 business days, but this can vary depending on the circumstances. You will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched. While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen events. If there is any delay, please contact the Delivery Partner directly.
At the time of delivery, it is important that you check the package for any tampering. If you notice any discrepancies, inform the delivery personnel immediately. ARKS will not accept claims regarding tampered goods if the issue is not reported during delivery.
