We currently offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: Your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: Delivered within 2-3 business days (additional charges apply).

Yes, you can update the delivery address before the order is shipped. Your order details will have the provision to opt from or you can contact our customer support team at help@arks.club within 24 hours of placing your order.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, contact our customer support team by writing to us at help@arks.club. If the order has already been shipped, you can initiate a return after receiving the product.

Please check your order confirmation email to ensure that all the items were part of your purchase. If any item is missing, contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at help@arks.club. Provide your order number and photos of the incorrect or defective item for swift resolution.

To initiate an exchange or return for an online purchase:

  1. Visit the Returns and Exchanges page on our website.
  2. Enter your order details and follow the instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address.

Please note that exchange is subject to the stock availability.

For in-store purchases, visit the store with the original receipt and the item in its original condition within 07 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. You can also check the status under My Returns in your ARKS account.

For online purchases, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days after the return is processed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and In-store purchases, refunds will be issued through store credit.

  1. Items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  3. Returns must be initiated within 03 days of delivery.
  4. Certain items, such as customized products, are not eligible for return.

Currently, exchanges for in-store purchases are not allowed through our website. Please visit the store for assistance with any in-store exchanges.
