ARKS Return & Exchange Policy

At ARKS, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a hassle-free return and exchange process. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Return/Exchange Window: You can initiate a return or exchange within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    1. Gift cards
    2. Items purchased on final sale or special promotions (unless defective)
    3. Socks for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your ARKS Account → Go to ‘My Orders’ → Select the item → Click on ‘Return/Exchange.’
  2. Fill in the required details and choose your preferred option: refund, exchange, or store credit.
  3. Schedule a Pickup: Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your location.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be processed within 10 -15 working days after the returned item passes the quality check.
  2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

Exchange Process

  1. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  2. If the requested size within the same style is unavailable, you can opt for a refund.
  3. Once the returned item clears quality checks, the exchange item will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

Important Notes

  1. If the return request does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to the customer.
  2. In case of defective or incorrect items, ARKS will bear the return shipping costs.
