2. Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-4 business days (subject to availability).
3. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

1. We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Order Tracking

1. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
2. You can also track your order under the ‘My Orders’ section in your ARKS account.

Delivery Partners

Delivery Restrictions

1. We currently do not ship internationally but are working to expand our reach.
2. Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

1. Changes to the shipping address can only be made before the order is dispatched. Please reach out to help@arks.club to raise queries regarding the same.
2. If a delivery attempt fails, our courier partners will reattempt within 48 hours.

Damaged or Missing Items

1. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
2. Ensure you share clear images of the product and packaging for resolution.
